KILIM KRAZE
Kilim is flat woven textile which is usually used as interior textiles, such as rugs, cushions or upholstery. Kilim originated in south eastern Europe, but is also found in and around the middle East. Originally the colours used were pale, giving a worn affect. Although in more recent years bolder colours are used, which enhances cool white interiors with beautiful splashes of colour and geometric patterns.

Stop the ivory trade.
I started a print project with the title 'Stop the Ivory trade', as elephant poaching has recently become very common throughout Africa, but particularly in Kenya. Many demonstrations have taken place globally in response to this heartless act. Please support these organisations to save our beautiful elephants.
